Home Renovations in Richmond BC
We renovate homes that no longer suit the people living in them, whether that means opening up a closed-off main floor, rebuilding a kitchen from the studs, or taking the whole house back and starting again. Whatever the scope, you deal with us and we deal with everything else.
The photos below are paired, with the original room on the left and the finished result on the right. Most of these homes are in Richmond, Steveston and Vancouver, and most of them were built decades ago with layouts that no longer work for the families in them.
How a Renovation is Coordinated
Most of the stress in a renovation comes from not knowing what happens next, so we start by walking the house with you and working out what has to change, what can stay, and what it will realistically cost. You get a schedule before any work begins, which tells you how long your kitchen will be out of use and when you will have your house back.
From there you are dealing with the same team the whole way through, so there is no handover halfway and no new face turning up without warning. We book the trades, keep the site tidy, and tell you when something changes rather than leaving you to find out. Most of the people working on your renovation have been with us for years, which means the standard stays the same from the first day to the last.
